Wrong Headers

GetRight^� Support

GetRight is getting the wrong information back when starting this download! This can cause problems resuming this download or when GetRight gets to the end of the file. This needs fixing or you're likely to get some corrupted downloads (especially resuming!) There are several possible causes and solutions:

Just a Bad Server: If you've downloaded a lot of files, and this is the first warning about this header problem, it may be you are just downloading from a server that's not sending back the right info. Hopefully(!?!) it will be fine...or you can try searching for other places to get the file using FileMirrors.com.

WebWasher Classic

If you are using WebWasher Classic with some settings it can return incomplete headers to GetRight. The way to fix this:

Right click the WebWasher tray icon (looks like a W in a blue circle).
Select the "Browser Configuration" menu item.
WebWasher causes problems in GetRight if it is set to the "Configuration Free" mode. Just choose one of the other options and GetRight will work better.

Novell Bordermanager: If you are using the Novell Bordermanager proxy it can return incomplete headers to GetRight. Best way to fix this one is to upgrade the proxy server--there are no settings to change to fix. (Most have been upgraded, so this is a rare one these days.)
