Top Problems

GetRight isn't able to connect to download anything.
If you're using ZoneAlarm, it sometimes does not prompt about granting access, especially after a program is updated:
  1. Opening the main ZoneAlarm window
  2. Select the "Program Control" tab on the left, then the "Programs" tab in the middle right to list all the programs.
  3. Scroll down to GetRight and right click on its name, then Delete from the menu. That should get it to re-prompt next time you have GetRight try to download. When ZoneAlarm asks, make sure you choose to Allow!
