With later versions of NeoPlanet, you may need to turn off their Download Manager. In Neoplanet, the "View" menu then "Control Panel" item. Double-Click the Download Manager one on the next window. Then uncheck the bottom one about their download manager. (Seems to re-check itself every time you go back there...)

NeoPlanet uses Microsoft Internet Explorer underneath. The same click monitoring settings in GetRight to work with Internet Explorer also work for NeoPlanet.

Make sure the setting for Internet Explorer (on the GetRight Monitor configuration tab) is checked.
